I keep removing until something breaks. That's how I know what actually needed to be there. If the user has to think about what to do next, I haven't finished.

If I designed the flow, I own what happens inside it. Not just the happy path. The weird edge case at 2am too.

Give me less time and I'll make fewer wrong decisions. Constraints force you to find the one journey that matters and protect it. Everything else can wait.

I think about things most designers don't lose sleep over. Why do we exist. How LLMs actually work. Whether astrology is a logical system or just a comforting one. I've built two products from zero. I've never shipped something I wouldn't use. And I'm still trying to be less wrong than I was yesterday.
